OUR HISTORY

Hello, My name is Tam Tran (Tim). I’m a chef with a background in Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. I founded and operated OC Cajun Sauce, LLC from 2016-2019. In 2020, I created Viet Kajun Foods, LLC, the second manufacturer after OC Cajun Sauce’s closure. Our Vietnamese Cajun boiling technique combines Asian spices with traditional Louisiana Cajun style to make unique sauces for various dishes. With my “Quick-Easy-Simple” slogan, I’m excited to share our signature sauce and cooking technique for Vietnamese Cajun food in Orange County.
